To scare away the animals permanently, the device must be in continuous use and a little patience applied.

Our devices work with ultrasound in range frequencies, so the animals avoid habituation. The device erog is irritating to the animals, but not necessarily painful.

Depending on the species, it can sometimes take up to 3 weeks for the animals to leave their familiar environment and notice a change. Different animal types react differently depending on age, breed and size, but most of them sooner or later feel disturbed in their habits and familiar surroundings and will leave the area permanently.

Important:
The location of the equipment can be critical to its effectiveness. Adjust the unit so that the "speaker" is directly at a height/line with the animals' sitting and resting places.

The frequencies are sent funnel-shaped, and the area to be protected must be within this funnel. An incorrect adjustment can lead to blind spots, where the animals spend more time avoiding the disturbing frequencies.

Operating mode
Minimal power consumption through new electronics. The device emits high-frequency sounds at 30-second intervals. These sounds, which are not audible to the human ear, keep rodents away from the vehicle and the room.

The built-in chip LED generates a 3x LED flash every minute. The device can protect against marten bites on cables, wires, other rubber parts and damage to oak roof insulation.

Installation and operation

You have two options to operate the device, either connect:

1. To your car battery via the "+" and "-" poles

2. or battery operation with 4x AA batteries.

1. When driving a vehicle , the unit is attached to the body with bank screws or cable ties in the engine compartment. The connecting cable to the car battery must be laid so that it does not come into contact with moving or hot parts (eg fan, exhaust manifold). The unit must be placed in the engine compartment so that the sound can be distributed evenly and not dampened by insulation mats.

ATTENTION: Installation in a vehicle must be carried out by authorized specialists! When the vehicle is stationary, the device switches on automatically after approx. 60 seconds or turns off vibrations generated by the engine or while driving (automatic disconnection). The device is only active when the vehicle is parked. This protects the car battery (Auto-ON-OFF).

Note: Before mounting, you should remove odors from the marten or other rodents that have left scent marks for area marking. These odors must be removed before the unit is installed (ideally in the vehicle at an engine wash). Electrical connection without permanent function

Insert the supplied adapter cable into the device. The device is now connected directly to the car battery. The red cable is connected to the positive pole, the brown cable to the negative pole.

If your car is not active for a long time, please make sure that the device is disconnected or switched off during this period.

2. Alternative operation for mobile (removable) use: Open the battery compartment with the supplied screwdriver and insert suitable batteries, paying attention to the correct polarity. Close the housing again and turn on the device. The included adapter cable must not be used when using battery operation.

IMPORTANT: The device is only active when you have installed the batteries correctly and tightened the lid again.
