Effective bird protection

Problems with pigeons, seagulls or other bird species that settle on e.g. balcony, business facade or exposed building parts where they gnaw on brickwork, possibly awning overhangs, pavements, etc. with acidic and health-damaging bird droppings.

Pigeons and other birds on the property are typically due to lack of maintenance. It could be a defective roof window, ventilation valve, etc. and therefore the birds can penetrate.

Once the birds have established themselves in the attic, they are very fixed and it is difficult to get them removed. Removal can be done by trapping or culling, and the last option is euthanasia.

Pigeon excrement is considered harmful to health and we therefore strongly recommend that cleaning and disinfection be carried out by professionals. Pigeons can transmit diseases such as parrot disease, salmonella and mouse typhus.
