This form should ONLY be completed if the right of withdrawal is exercised.
When using the right of withdrawal, you pay postage for shipping yourself. As a starting point, we do NOT have the option of sending return labels.
NOTE: We point out that we do NOT pick up packages in any parcel shop.
Return shipments must be delivered during our opening hours.
Therefore, we recommend that you use a business package shipping. Please ask the used shipping company for a receipt so that you can track the package along the way.
