Marten scares Ma50

Mårskrämmer Ma50 emits an adapted ultrasonic sound technology in a varying sound pattern - which deters martens up to 50 m2.

The sound technology scares, repels and stresses martens, which is why they will avoid the affected area / room. The ultrasound irritates them and creates an unbearable environment that the marten would prefer to avoid.

Ma50 deters without killing or using poison. Designed for use in the engine compartment of vehicles, caravans, garages, sheds or similar areas and spaces that you wish to protect.

Mounts easily with the supplied strips or screws. Runs on batteries which allows for use in areas / rooms where there is no access to electricity.

A-Guard
The advanced sound technology A-Guard creates an unbearable environment for the marten, which causes it to avoid the room in question. Install Mårfrit/Mårfrit in the rooms you want to protect. The flashing green LED indicates that A-Guard is in operation.

Harmless for children, birds and fish. Rabbits, cats, dogs and foxes etc. are also affected by the sound. The product does not affect other electrical equipment.

Operations
The product is powered by 3 pcs. LR14 batteries (alkaline). Detach/disassemble the back of the product and place the batteries in the battery compartment (make sure to place the +/- poles correctly). Set the ON/OFF button to ON to start the product. The green LED flashes approx. every five seconds as long as there is enough power in the batteries. When the LED stops blinking, it is time to replace the batteries. The batteries have an operating time of up to five months, depending on their quality and the ambient temperature.

Location of the product
Place the product so that the sound can flow freely from the speaker without being blocked by anything. Note that ultrasound cannot pass through solid materials such as walls, ceilings/ceilings, floors or furniture. The sound is also muffled by soft/soft textiles such as curtains. Therefore, be careful to place the device in an open space where the sound waves can spread freely.

Always ensure that the deterrent is secured/fixed securely/definitely to the substrate, either with the supplied strips (2 pcs.) or with screws (not supplied), which are suitable for the substrate.

If the deterrent is used in a room, garage, outhouse or caravan: Place the deterrent low near the floor/ground with the speaker opening horizontally along the floor/ground and ensure that the sound is not blocked by anything.

If the deterrent is used in an engine compartment: NEVER place the unit on or near surfaces above 70°C. If this happens, you risk damaging the device or shortening its life. Check that the unit is secured/fixed securely/securely to eliminate the risk of it coming loose and damaging the engine compartment.

Always ensure that the speaker opening of the deterrent is not blocked to ensure optimal performance.
The device cannot withstand rain and must not be placed outdoors unprotected.

When will the pests disappear?
Usually, a change can be seen immediately. In some cases it can take longer - up to 2-3 weeks.

Can humans hear the sound?
Exceptionally, the human ear can perceive the sound. If this happens, the speaker must be directed in a different direction or the product placed in a room where it will not disturb.
