Special conditions for products against bed bugs and bats

Since bed bugs are a pest that can be very difficult to control, we have special cancellation conditions and a complaints procedure. This is because bed bugs can be spread via the mail that comes back to us from customers, after which bed bugs can be spread to our premises or even worse to our other customers. Therefore, we do not accept return packages containing products against bed bugs if the product has been collected by the customer. Since bats can also carry bed bugs, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products used to exterminate bats.

Special conditions include the following products against bed bugs:
- Bed bug traps
- Bats excluders

The conditions also apply to all other products if the customer knows that he has an ongoing bed bug infestation in the home where the products have been unpacked or handled.

Return of products against bed bugs
We do NOT accept returns of affected products after collection from the customer. This is done to reduce the risk of the spread of bed bugs to us and our other customers.

Complaints about products against bed bugs
In the event of a complaint, you must instead contact our customer service to create a complaint case. DO NOT return a product to us until we have specifically asked you to do so. When handling complaints for the above products against bed bugs, most complaints can be made using pictures and video. This is also done to prevent bed bugs from spreading.

Special conditions for products by size/length

- The right of withdrawal is waived on products such as ring nets, bird nets and the like that are cut/cut to the desired size. This does not apply to cancellation of entire rolls.
