WEITECH Rodents and Marters Car Repeller is intended to protect materials from rodents. It prevents the breakdown of wires and hoses in cars, motorhomes, lawnmowers, tractors etc. Some of the components used in the manufacture of light lines, hoses and turbo hoses are made from corn, potato starch or sugar cane, which rodents love.

Repair costs for damage can be several thousand kroner if a complete wiring harness has to be replaced.

EFFICIENCY

The device's effectiveness has been tested and proven by independent laboratories. The ultrasound disturbs the rodents' sense of hearing and puts them in a state of stress. Since the rodents cannot identify the danger, they become frightened and leave the vehicle. They are very bothered by the ultrasound, whose frequency constantly changes so that they do not get used to the sound.

USER MANUAL Installation

1. The device must be installed under the car's bonnet. Avoid high temperature areas, eg the exhaust manifold.

2. Plug the device into the socket.

3. Connect the red wire to the positive pole of the car battery.

4. Connect the black wire to the negative pole of the car battery.

5. Use the supplied cable holders to secure the device securely in the engine compartment.

Do not place the appliance in a location where it may obstruct the movement of any part.

Function

1. Switch on the device by pressing the ON/OFF button. The 4 LED indicators flash for 2 seconds.

2. The middle indicator will rapidly flash a red light for 10 seconds. The device is now switched on.

3. When set to ultrasound for 120 seconds, it constantly switches between ultrasound and flashing. The frequency range varies between 25 kHz and 55 kHz.

4. When set to ultrasound for 180 seconds, only ultrasound is emitted.

The device will restart the cycles from steps 3 to 4 as long as it does not detect any vibrations from the motor.

VEHICLE SAFETY

The device does not affect the functionality of the vehicle.

The device uses only a little energy from the car battery.

The device is only switched on when the vehicle's engine is switched off.

When the vehicle starts, the device switches off automatically and goes to standby.

Battery: If the battery voltage is less than 10.5 V, the device switches off to protect the battery.
