How the product works:
This repellent produces complex "sounds" at very high frequency (ultrasound) and high intensity. These ultrasonic signals cannot be heard by humans, but rodents can. The constant modulation of the frequency and intensity of these ultrasonic signals affects their nervous system, disrupts their communication and social habits, and prevents them from hearing their predators. This forces them to leave the protected area where they are not wanted.

User manual:
Independent laboratories have proven the effectiveness of ultrasounds in scaring away pests. These disappear as they cannot adapt to the powerful ultrasounds, the frequency of which changes constantly. Their environment becomes dangerous for them. They can thus no longer hear a possible danger and leave the place. Rodents kept as pets, such as hamsters, white mice, etc. must not be placed in a room protected by a device. You should expect it to take two weeks before the results can be seen. To prevent pests from returning, do not unplug appliances and leave them running continuously. You can also move them around once in a while. About ultrasound:
The sounds whose frequency is higher than 22KHz are inaudible to humans as well as to dogs, cats and farm animals; these are the so-called «ultrasounds». They are thrown back against smooth surfaces, but are intercepted by soft materials such as carpets and curtains and do not penetrate walls or wood. Ultrasounds are harmless to humans, dogs, cats, birds, chickens, cows, horses, sheep and reptiles.

Setting up and adjusting the device:
Open the compartment at the back, switch on the device ('ON' button) and place the WK0344 at the same height as the pest to be controlled. Do not cover or place behind a piece of furniture or a curtain. Let it emit sound around the clock.
You can set WK0344 to 'INSECTS' (for an effect against crawling insects) or 'RODENTS' (against rats, mice and other rodents).
The position audible (AUDIBLE) or silent (QUIET) can also be activated. If the results are not satisfactory at the 'normal power' position, you can set the knob to the 'high power' position. When the batteries are about to run out of power, the battery light flashes red.

Note : for active combat, select the "AUDIBLE" function, which is audible. For prevention (preventive control) you can use "QUIET" which is not audible.

Charging the device:
Lift the waterproof cap over the charging port (rear) and connect the micro USB cable to the device. The indicator light lights up red while the device is charging (a full charge takes 5 to 6 hours). When the device is fully charged, the indicator light will turn blue. To avoid habituation and to increase the disturbing effect, the device emits its sound at intervals: 5 second emission - 10 second pause. When active, the indicator light flashes green. The device is waterproof (IP44) and withstands rain and other unstable weather.

It is rechargeable via USB and has an autonomy of approximately 15 to 24 days depending on the settings. If the device is in the 'AUDIBLE' position, the autonomy of the battery is halved. Recommendations: Keep out of the reach of children. Be sure not to keep pet rodents in a room protected by a device like this.

Recycling:
This device must be recycled. Do not throw away with household waste or throw on public roads. After use, the device must be returned to an approved recycling station.
