HOW THE DEVICE WORKS
1. Multi-functional double sided deterrent deters and repels deer, rabbits, dogs, cats, birds and other animals away from gardens, lawns, ponds and landscaped areas. Works without harming the animals.
2. When the unwanted animals enter the PIR area, they emit high-frequency ultrasound and strong flashing light to repel the animals.
3. The scarecrow is active both day and night - without the use of chemicals. Safe and user-friendly alternative to chemical products and electric fences.
4. Amorphous silicon solar powered, 270 degree removable solar panel.
5. Rechargeable 3 x 800 mAh AA size which is in the solar panel is included.
BATTERY CHARGER AND ADAPTER:
NOTE: This model uses 2x as much power as it has 2 PIR sensors with – 2 Ultrasound - 2 Flash lights
Therefore, it requires more sun before it can keep up. When there is not enough sun, the batteries must be charged. Use a battery charger and while it is charging, you can use an adapter or insert other rechargeable batteries.
The adapter can NOT charge the batteries while they are in the device. Place the unit on a high pole or similar for better effect. See photo.
