ProtoxLugtfri is a means of removing bad odors on all surfaces, but especially on the "soft" surfaces such as upholstered furniture, textiles (shoes, sportswear, etc.) and carpets.

What is Protox Odor Free?

Protox Odorless is a professional means of removing odors and is based on a combination of chemical and biological processes. The product contains bacteria that make enzymes that break down the odorous substances instead of "drowning" the smell with perfume. Therefore, ProtoxLugtfri contains no perfume or fragrances.

Protox Odorless can be used on all surfaces, but is especially good on "soft", delicate surfaces such as upholstered furniture, carpets, shoes, sportswear and other textiles. Protox Odorless can also be used in eg trash cans and waste containers.

The product removes many different smells such as tobacco smoke, butyric acid (also known as "sour toes"), the smell of "old basement/attic" and the smell of urine from pets and people. This is because ProtoxLugtfri encapsulates and breaks down a large number of organic odorants. It takes both sulfurous compounds (the smell of rotten eggs or sewage) and nitrogenous compounds (the smell of rotten fish or toilets). Even substances such as propionic acid and acetic acid are broken down. ProtoxLugtfri has a slightly sour smell which disappears when it dries.
