Bat sluice

Description
G raw colored f storage mouse lock of approx. 15 cm in length, with four flexible tabs at the end to secure the exclusion over the bat entry/exit points.
The lock can be attached using pins, staples, tape etc.
The lock is reusable - and is made of durable polyethylene with many years of durability.
For best results - bend the sluice with a slight downward slope.
Setting up the bat sluice
Slowly bend the flanges back and forth - this prevents flange breakage during installation.
1) Do a survey of where the bats fly in and out.
Best done at dawn or dusk when they are most active.
2) Inbound/outbound bat activity helps determine the number of sluices needed for installation.
For large bat colonies, use multiple sluices for best results.
3) Install the lock at the entry point. Always do it at a downward angle - for best possible results...
To avoid the bats moving to other parts of the building or house. it is important that you strategically seal all entrances and exits.
4) It is recommended to leave the locks in place for at least 2 - 3 days.
Only when you are sure bats are no longer in the structure should you remove the floodgates and seal all the holes.
