Instructions for use:

Place the bait in the feed bowl and pull the vertical metal bar down until it engages in the notch. Place the trap against a wall near where traces of mice have been found. When the mouse is trapped, the vertical metal bar is pulled down and the mouse can be removed without touching it. The very wide tread flap and metal bracket ensure that the mouse is caught, regardless of whether it approaches the bait from the front, back or side.

The trap is used where you want to catch the mouse without using poison. It is therefore also important that the trap is checked regularly and dead animals are removed. As a lure, you can use a number of normal food items such as eg cured sausage, smoked fish or oatmeal. You can achieve a good double effect of the trap if it is placed in the right way. That is the trap must be placed with the flap perpendicular to the wall.

If the mouse does not go for the bait, it will very likely go over the trap. In this way, the mouse is caught, even if it is not interested in the bait. The best results are obtained by placing the trap in places where it will not be disturbed by too much traffic. Mice are shy animals and will therefore not enter the trap if disturbed.
