Package not collected in PakkeShop

Do you want to have your package resent?

Here's how you do it:
1) Click on "Add to basket"
2) Click on "Go to order"
3) Enter your information under "Invoice address"
4) Select delivery method
5) Approve and proceed to payment.

The total price for delivery will only appear when you have chosen the delivery method in point 4.

The service fee for reshipment appears here on the page.
Covers return shipping from the parcel shop to us.

REMEMBER:
State your order number in the comments field in the "checkout".

Purchase of new freight due to lack of collection in the parcel shop or incorrect delivery information related to with existing order. Delivery in 1-3 days.
