Assembly:

It is recommended to glue the pigeon spike with special pigeon spike glue. The surface to be protected must be free of dust and grease. The adhesive surface may also need to be treated with a primer or cleaner (eg sandstone or anodised aluminium). The dovetail can be easily broken, such dovetails can be adjusted to the desired length - for quick and easy installation.
