FIELD OF APPLICATION

Spray for effective treatment in connection with specific hobby tasks: can be used for wood protection, cleaning surfaces (eg roofs), insect/pest control, cleaning cars, removing wallpaper from walls.

It offers great versatility in use thanks to its standard equipment and high resistance strength (FPM) seals.

WHEN THE EQUIPMENT IS USED AND THE SPRAYING

When the equipment is to be used, it is a good idea to first test its function with water:

1) The hose is screwed onto the nozzle and onto the lower part of the container.
The straps are mounted (please see the drawings). Check that all components are properly screwed together so that any leaks and leakage of the product are avoided when spraying.

2) The container is filled to its maximum capacity.

3) The entire chamber is screwed tightly onto the container and pressure is applied to the container by pumping (approx. 24 times).
If an excess pressure is created in the container, the valve will act as a safety mechanism and will release the excess pressure. Please test this function.

4) When spraying is to begin, press the handle of the spray nozzle and adjust the nozzle to achieve the desired spraying intensity. The pressure drops during the manoeuvre, but is restored again by carrying out pumping.

MAINTENANCE

1) Each time the equipment has been in use, the pressure should be taken from the nebulizer.

2) The container and the other components are cleaned with water (mouthpiece, filter, etc.).

3) In case of clogging of the mouthpiece or filter, clean these with water. No metal objects may be used for this purpose.

4) To extend the life of the joints, they should be periodically lubricated with a few drops of oil on the moving parts.

5) To replace the chamber sealing ring due to wear, (part 613), remove the tab located on the upper part of the same and pull the handle.

6) Store the nebulizer protected against frost and strong heat (incl. 5 - 30º C).

SAFETY RULES

1) Chemical products must not be used outside the spraying areas for which this atomizer is to be used.

2) Always follow the equipment's instructions for use and the dosage that the manufacturer of the products states on their labels.

3) They must not eat, drink or smoke during the preparation or execution of the spraying.

4) They must not spray on people, animals or on electrical installations.

5) Spraying should not be carried out if there is strong wind or heat.

6) In case of poisoning, you should contact your doctor immediately, and remember to bring a container with a label on the product you have used.

7) Residues of the spray agent or cleaning water should not be poured out near streams, wells, etc. where the water must then be used for human and animal consumption.

8) Put on the correct safety equipment: Mask, glasses, gloves, footwear, etc.

9) They must not tamper with the equipment or block the safety valve. The equipment must not be connected to any type of pressure energy supply. (Only the manually created pressure in the container may be used). The device must not be used if it is damaged, deformed or changed from its original design.

10) Store the nebulizer protected against frost and strong heat, (incl. 5 - 30º C)
