The set consists of:
- 7 meter telescopic pole
- Pigeon hawk scare kite 1.2 meters wide, with 6.5 meter line
- 25 mm ground spike

The string for the kite is shortened so that there is a minimum of 2 meters of clearance. The angled swivel base makes the telescopic pole more wind tolerant.
